I have been in today and had my granddaughters Pointe shoes checked as she was complaining of pain in her toes.  They got her to explain where thd pain was in her toes. Checked her Pointe shoes which they said was fine and then gave her some different padding to try on her feet, also checked that whilst going on Ballet Pointe she had no pain/discomfort anywhere else. They advised new ribbons which she cut to size and also showed us how to treat the ribbons to stop fraying. I dont usually write reviews but was really happy with service in your shop. I popped in to get my LO her first set of ballet shoes and tap shoes. Although we couldn't get the tap shoes today they could order them in which was handy. The lady who served us was really nice and friendly, attentive and great with the little one.
